Intro

The galaxy far far away is a mysterious place, full of wonder and forgotten wisdom to be uncovered under ancient rocks in millennia-old temples. One such discovery leads the researchers of the Praxeum on a vague trail which could lead to uncovering a mystery closely linked to the ones who built the Velastari temple on Kiast.

The task is daunting and dangerous. It will lead you to unknown places and force you to band together with unlikely allies in the pursuit of knowledge, adventure and, perhaps, even power.

Venue and fiction

The Vatali have, with some difficulty and the help from shady individuals, allowed the Quorahi scientist Calo Sarat and their benefactors from the Council of Odan-Urr, to conduct investigations and research into the history and artifacts of the Velastari temple.

The edifice speculated to be an ancient Jedi temple, has largely been ignored and abandoned by the Vatali hegemony since their earliest days. Still, its ancient walls hold secrets whispered among the nobility for centuries.

Now, professor Sarat has sparked a new match of intrigue and mystery by uncovering an underground complex underneath the temple. The secrets it holds could lead Odan-Urr and their allies on a journey of discovery rarely seen.

Structure

The event will be structured around up to several phases each of which will be hosted on a different venue (location) and include unique competitions for participants to engage with.

Grading

The winner of this event will be determined by a point system.* For each competition you place in you will receive points according to your position:

• 1st place: 15 points
• 2nd place: 10 points
• 3rd place: 5 points
• 4th place: 3 points
• 5th place: 1 point

The winner is the person with the most points, so go do all the comps and have fun.

*Ties will be broken by the number of first-place finishes, followed by the number of second-place finishes, and so on...
