First impressions can mean a lot. Your fiction entries are more than just the words you use to tell the story, they're a document and the first thing a reader sees when they open it, before any words are read, is how it looks. So make it look good. Design a template for your future fiction entries. This is supposed to be a 'make once, use many times' exercise which could improve that first impression a reader gets when they open your document.

This should contain, at a minimum, name and title, and at least one graphic (Taldryan or other unit logo acceptable for this). Also consider chapter headings if you use them, or time markers like 30 ABY - Chyron Imperial Sector if you use those. The more effort you put into this, the more you'll get out of it over time.

To submit, you can either: Take an old fiction entry and put a new template on it to make it look better, or use Lorem Ipsum to populate the template with words for submission https://www.lipsum.com/ and submit in pdf format

Entries will be judged on professionalism (how much the document looks like a professionally published piece of work) creativity (I'd like to see more effort besides a title and a font change) and appropriateness (ten million good images would detract from the story and harm readability).
