Grading will be based on the closest representation of the templated criminal using the Herald Graphics Grading Rubric Covering of the facial features will go against your grading (Example- mask, bandanna over mouth, shrouded face, ect.) You can scan a sketch or use an electronic platform such as Gimp, Photoshop, Photopea, ect. Color is optional, though encouraged. All image types are acceptable. .png/.jpg/.gif/ect.
