Took her normal robes and ran her and them through the wringer.

She knows her skin is fake and even if it doesn't feel NICE, it won't actually harm her to have it burn/wear down/get buffeted off by sand etc. And her astromech is having too much trouble rolling around in the sand. Or maybe is on broken rollers. So she uses her pants/excess cloth to make him a sling that she can put him in on her back. Shoes and anklets maybe get used for something, like to melt into attempts at tools, or oh, as a canteen. Boot water sling. Yeah. Shoulder pads either ripped off with her arm or came loose in crash, so she gave it to droid as a sunhat. The soles of her feet are worn clean of synthflesh so the metal is showing. Probably missing some little toes, but she kept her other arm!

And bit scruffy/dirty/bloody around face because that part of her is mostly real skin and blood and it doesn't take to the constant sun so well. Blistering.

Babeh stays nicely shaded with her sashes all tied up around her middle to provide a little coverage and protection around hips and thighs too.
