An encoded datapad was discovered in the lower reaches of Kurs’Pirun, now cleared of its pirate infestation. The encryption is Arconan, years old, though it appears to have been slightly altered since then. Crack the code, decode the message with in, and pass it off to command.

Decode the following message, and submit it in the textbox. The three submissions that are the most quickly and accurately decrypted will be awarded placement. Note that the message is case and punctuation sensitive.
