War is long. War is arduous. But this is one against an enemy unlike we've faced in recent times. They are a ferocious group of Jedi that straddle the line between light and dark. They have a population utterly willing to follow them and die for them, even in extreme poverty. They have cobbled together military forces that serve as their defense. It is your time to scribe this war of epic proportions.

Prompt: You are to write a story in three parts as detailed below. In each part you will write of an enemy that will appear in all three parts, each time growing to know you better. In the final part, you will fight them. This enemy can be whatever you wish it to be.

Part 1) You are tasked with leading a landing party onto one of the TRF ships. You are to land, sabotage it, and escape. The sabotage can be whatever you desire.

Part 2) You are tasked with leading a regiment of fighters on a ground assault from space onto TRF territory. You are to fight the ground forces and establish a holding position. This is followed by a strike on an outpost positioned near your new forward ops base.

Part 3) You, along with a force of 10 Praetorian Guards, are tasked with hunting down Jedi in the capital city of Tokare. It is here where you will face the enemy you have seen one last time.

Grading: We're looking for a fiction that displays all three parts well and comes up with a creative way to introduce the enemy you are tasked with writing. Grading itself will be utilized by the Fiction Rubric on the core four aspects of DJB fiction writing: realism, story, creativity, and spelling/grammar/mechanics .

Rules: Minimum 500 words PER PART. So a total of at least 1500 words. You are writing a War Epic. Make it epic! Any word processing file type submissions, minus links, will be allowed. PDFs are preferred. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. All plagiarized submissions will be sent to the Justicar.
