"Robob's NerfBurgers" is a mobile food cart built upon a heavily modified Bantha II-class cargo skiff that serves sizzlingly hot fast food to hungry masses with shallow pockets and even shallower palates. Even though its owner, Robob the Besalisk, once had aspirations for greater things, being saddled with a family of five has left him trapped in perpetuity aboard his little shop-on-repulsors. Even so, he still manages to keep hold of a spark of creativity as he often names the daily specials in a clever-ish way, such as the "Lukewarm Tauntaun Haggis" or "Grievous Heartburn Burger".

The skiff-cum-foodcart travels low to the ground under its overburdened replusorlift units, housing a sizable grill and meat locker, as well as a few deployable seats that extend off the side of the vehicle when parked for customers to dine on. A dispenser for beverages has been bolted on to the side as well, offering free refills on caf to repeat customers. The weather-worn paintjob has been patched by some 'creative' patch jobs by Robob's three kids, leaving the whole a rather chaotic appearance that nevertheless manages to look quite charming.

While Robob works the grill, his wife Lindari, a Twi'lek, mans the register and serves the customers. She is a very sociable person and enjoys gossiping, though she may have a slight alcohol problem when it comes to wine. Despite this, she tries her best to be a loving mother to the rugrats who, though nominally employed by the operation as free labor, often get into hijinks on their own.

(The exploits of these quirky individuals would make for a great animated sitcom for ages 13 and up...)

Fuel Line Fries

This food cart, run by a Rodian named Fann, sells fried foods...or anything else you bring to be boiled in oil. Advertising as. "you fuel, we fry!" the cart sells its normal menu of battered and fried snacks as well as offering to fry any other food bought at the race track and anything else someone may want to see fried; so long as it isn't live. Snow globe? You can fry that. T shirt? Sure. Teddy bear from the ex that just cheated? You bet.

Thankfully, all extraneous frying is done in a separate batch of oil. Fann swears the two are never reused or swapped. He swears.

The stand itself is a modest cart cobbled together much like the pods themselves, triangular in shape with three modules, two friers and the serving stand where food is displayed. The most common foods include fried potatoes, root vegetables, meat bits, cheeses, cookies, and ice creams. A blue and yellow banner advertises overhead and also doubles as a tarp for rain.

Venue: *Go Beyond! Sushi*

Go Beyond! Sushi is a small foodstuffs vendor that runs out of the back of an old Corellian transport speeder. The sole proprietor and operator of the venture is a Quarren who goes by the name **Quarren Might!**, and takes pride in flexing and showing off his muscles despite his squid-like head and appearance. While his voice is boisterous and vibrant, and his antics a bit cliche/overdramatic, no one can question the actual taste and simple presentation of Go Beyond! Sushi. You just have to be okay with waiting in line a bit as he can sometimes get carried away talking to customers about his work out routine while he prepares the fresh food slowly.

Just up the street from the grandstand is an incredible food speeder. They've converted an old K79-S80 Imperial Troop Transport and turned it into a mobile kitchen that serves authentic Corellian dishes modified for eating on the go. For example, they take the traditional fleek eel filet dish and turn it into an incredible sandwhich. Their take on coppergrin is a skewer that is grilled to perfection. If you are a fan of the podraces but also want to indulge your more sophisticated pallet, then Juba's Corellian Core is for you!
