Ok, so this was harder than I thought it would be :P
My literal translation before I thought this sounded familiar and
I looked up what I thought it was: Exist two; many not, few not. One embodiment power, two to crave power.

After I thought about it, I realized this is sounded like the Rule of Two; Two there should be; no more, no less. One to embody power, the other to crave it.
I think this is correct. This was an interesting and very fun comp.
