The new Enforcers have come with a Commander in Chief that will fiercely lead our Police Force.

But who is this Commander? What species are they? How do they act? Are they strict? Lenient? Corrupt? Who knows? You do!

Use this Character Sheet Template if you want, or any other means you might prefer to create the NPC.

You can submit as many as you’d like, but we’ll only count the first one you submit for grading. Also, please tell us if you don’t want your submitted NPCs to be used for future House development.

Grading will be done according to:
* Character Sheet Detail
* Creativity
* Adherence to Theme

Ties will be decided by submission time on the DJB website.
