Prompt

For this competition, you must write a story where your character (primary or alternate) must confront and overcome (or fail to overcome) one of their greatest weaknesses.

For example, if a character's greatest weakness is their loyalty to their romantic partner, a valid entry could be a story where this partner is abducted or threatened in some way and your character has to do whatever they can to save this person. Another example could be taken from your CS; imagine your character as +0 Medicine skills and is placed in a situation where they need to try an injured person's life. Feel free to be creative with whatever weakness you choose to explore, and reach out to me if you want any clarification.

Rules

• Entries must be a minimum of 500 words, no maximum.
• Entries must be submitted in .docx, .doc, .pdf formats or in the text box of the website.
• Entries will be judged using the Voice Fiction Rubric 2.0.
• Please provide a Snapshot of your chosen character for this story.
