Competition: April MT - Artifact Hunt

Specifics

Design a wicked-looking Artifact, be it an amulet, ring, bracer. If you have a power in mind for it, try to make that reflect in the item, but don't tell me what it is in your submission.

Platform

Graphics Programs. Submissions should be a minimum of 400 x 400 pixels and be in either Jpeg or Gif format with a hexidecimal (web or RGB) black background.
