Welcome one and all, to the Star Wars Iconic Character Building Series hosted by the Voice and Regent.

Star Wars is dominated by a diverse range of characters; Jedi, Sith, and everything in-between. This series will focus on how those characters fit within our own systems, allowing you to workshop well-known personas from the Star Wars universe into the character sheet system of the Brotherhood, and how you feel they and their possessions are best represented by the possessions system.

Characters will be chosen from across multiple timelines, both canon and legends. This will be a test of research and wit and an exercise in learning or honing the tenants of character building, but overall simple for any member of the Brotherhood to complete should they wish to do the bare minimum

Rules

Each competition in the series will follow the same rules, but a few of the more important ones to note are:

• Cite your sources, whether they are an official roleplaying sourcebook or Wookieepedia for the basis of the character sheet content, an artist online or Wookieepedia for headshot images, etc
  • Entries that fail to cite their sources, whether or not it's Wookieepedia or a roleplaying sourcebook, will not be eligible for placement
• The purpose of this competition is to create what you feel is the most accurate representation of the character in each competition. This competition will differ from other character creation competitions in that there is tons of official source material for each one

Grading

• Each competition on the series will be graded according to the same criteria, listed on each competition.
• The overall winners of this series will be determined by the following points system, based on participation/wins in the overall series:
  • First Place: 4 pts
  • Second Place: 3 pts
  • Third Place: 2 pts
  • All other participants: 1 pt
• Ties for the series will be broken by largest number of competitions entered, broken further by highest number of placements between those that tie.
