Names have power. This one signifies the change TAL underwent from a fugutive Clan always on the run to the heartpiece of a novel republic state.

It also signifies the readiness, ability and will to reform any military which might take offense with TAL's new course into scrapyards. That'll go well for fictions and worldbuilding.
