Overview:
Sometimes the background characters have feelings to. They may only appear for one brief moment and then fade away but they have a life and a story. Now is your chance to tell their story.
Prompt:
Select one of the Clan NPCs that were featured in the recent GJW XV: Ascension story chapters and write a story utilizing them (e.g., Jinkam). Whether it's before the war, during, or after tell a story utilizing the selected character.
Rules & Grading:
The competition will utilize the Fiction Rubric 3.0
- Participants must submit entries in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format, or use the submission text field (markdown capable).
- Any entries written in a GoogleDoc must be exported as a PDF for submission.
- It is highly recommended to submit in a PDF format.
- Entries must be a minimum of 500 words. Any entries that are under 500 words will be disqualified and ineligible for participation or placement.
- There is no maximum word cap.
- For ease of validation please include the name of the NPC, Clan, and which Chapter you pulled them from. Failure to include will not disqualify you but will make the grader frustrated.
