Taldryan Republic Intelligence has located a heavily encrypted file after gaining access to the pirate's information network, apparently something that they really wanted to keep close to them but was not overly concerned about keeping it well hidden.

Decryption efforts are well underway, and the outcome is dependent on your assistance.

The following progress stages will be in effect based on successful completion of the puzzle ONLY:

0-2 Entries: File cannot be decrypted successfully

2-4 Entries: Some of the file is decrypted, bits of what appears to be an audio conversation but the participants are unclear.

5-6 Entries: Half of the audio file is de-crypted successfully, but filling in the pieces now becomes the next part.

7+ Entries: The entire file is decrypted; full audio and identites.

Grading will be based on full completion of the puzzle and completion time in doing so. If there is a tie, the tie will be broken by the fastest submission time. If there is another tie after that, it will be broken by whomever submitted first.
