You traveled to Kasiya to help assist in the efforts to protect the people, however during your journey the craft you were traveling on malfunctioned and the engines froze over. It has crashed far in the northern reaches of the moon's territories, deep within the thick forests of the Western Frostlands.

Out of the crew that was with you, up to only one additional member survived if any. The ship is in ruins, communication systems are out due to the thick snowfall and storms, and it’s a long journey back.

Will you risk heading to the south and try to cross the deadly Drakar’s Perch mountain range in an attempt to make it to Port Kasiya directly? Or will you head to the east towards the massive frozen lakes and snow-filled hills of the Eastern Frostlands to try and reach the warmth and safety of the Amur Plains?

Be warned there are countless obstacles that will stand in your way, not just the deadly cold. Limited food supplies and hungry creatures. Like a large pack of wolves endlessly on your heels. And Wampas…carnivorous Tauntauns...and a panda that looks eerily like Howie as it has a shirt and no pants. And they’re all hungry.

Will you survive as the Hunted? Or will you be claimed as yet another victim of this unprecedented storm?

• The minimum word count for this competition is 500 words, with no maximum. Submissions may be done either solo or cooperatively with one additional member of your choosing.
  
• All submissions will be graded according to the Voice Fiction Grading Rubric, and solo submissions must be submitted as a .pdf or .docx.
• Cooperative submissions must be submitted as a google docs link, with open editing enabled to verify individual contributions towards the minimum word count. DB Names and PIN must be included in the top, and each member's contribution should be highlighted a different color for easy differentiation.
