These days, AI can do a lot of things. Writing stories is one of them. Whether it can do that well is another matter.

On ChatGPT3.5, https://chat.openai.com/, enter the following prompt true to your character:

'Write a Star Wars story about <character name>, a <species> <discipline>, who uses <weapon>. <Pronoun> has to go on a mission to capture a ship from the Collective, a faction of cybernetically enhanced enemies.'

Rewrite the story you are given to improve the quality of the writing. Use at least 500 words, but no more than double the number of words in the original generated text. Include both in your submission, but you only get CIs for your own version. The idea is that you're improving on the quality of writing while keeping plot details and factual inaccuracies the same.

Submit a word doc or pdf with ChatGPT's entry and your story clearly marked. Story will be judged according to the Voice Rubric 3.0. There is no need to submit a character snapshot for this competition (ChatGPT can't read it)
