The basic idea is the removal of losses from a person't record by winning battles within the comp. However, Time Outs will not be counted in any repect; yet, so as not to 'punish' victims - we are going to offer them CF's for their effort.

This request is merely a supplement to the Eraser Competition, allowing us to award the CF's for 'time out wins'.
CF's for victims of individuals who time out; the only "award" granted through this competition.
