Specifics

Sure, we have the Dark Side Compendium and lots of SA courses to teach new members a thing or two about the Brotherhood. But what's missing is an Arconan's personal advice to the new members. Your task is to write a document, either in-character or out-of-character, detailing the most important bits of advice you would give any new member. If it's good enough, it might even be put up on the site for future reference. :)
