The O.U.S.C. Navy Breaches the Line and Makes Contact with Quermia

The Breakdown:

The Quermians sought help navigating tense diplomatic discussions with what was revealed to be an old enemy, the Vauzeem Dominion, a foe whose current leadership is believed to be the Baron Uvam, previously crippled by actions taken against them by joint Vatali and Odanite strikes years ago they've returned with an amassed force beyond expectations. Diplomacy soured as conflict broke in the streets, Quermian and Vatali Forces (as well as their Odanite Cohort) have been placed on the back foot. Further, The Peacekeeper Flagship of the First Fleet, last seen Escorting the Second Expeditionary Strike Group has been taken into Vauzem Custody, causing a loss of morale.

The Competition:

The OUSC Naval Forces have arrived to stiff opposition in the form of a blockade enacted by the Vauzem Dominion's newly acquired fleet. In at least 500 words, deliver a tale of one of your characters or one of the Sailors from the O.U.S.C.'s Third Fleet, 2nd Expeditionary Strike Group as their forces encounter and break through a flotilla of Vauzem ships attempting to blockade the planet, following their successful capture of the O.U.S.C. First Fleet's Peacekeeper.

• Entries will be graded according to the Fiction Grading Rubric 3.0
• You should utilize either one of your own sheeted characters or one of the Provided Characters as the basis of your work.
• Placing entries may be canonized in Clan Fiction, pending your approval, after review.
