• Placement in this activity is determined by time taken from subscription to submission to the site.
• Ties will be broken by looking at time of subscription. IE: Person A signs up on September 8th 00:01 and submits a time of 34. Person B signs up on September 8th 00:02 and submits a time of 34. Person A breaks the tie and places.
