Clan Vizsla's Great Hunt: IX will consist of two phases. Each phase will consist of five competitions. Phase 1 will take place from 31 January until 14 February. A break will occur from 15 February until 18 February. Phase 2 will take place from 19 February until 6 March.

A fiction will be released at the start of the event to acclimate Vizsla members to the current fictional environment. A second fiction will be released during the break period to highlight the successes and failures during Phase 1. A final Fiction will be released for members at the conclusion of the event.

Members will earn the following scores for placing in the sub-competitions of this event.

1st Place=5 Points
2nd Place=4 Points
3rd Place=3 Points
4th Place=2 Points
5th Place=1 Point.

In the event of a tie, we will use # of events participated in to break the tie. If the # of events still finishes in a tie we will conduct a 1vs1 guessing event where the tied members will be forced to select a number between 1-20. The Consul will have the number, provide it to the Proconsul, and then the members will attempt to guess the number. Closest to the number will break the tie. If there is a tie in how close the number is, we will run the same guessing game again and again until a tie is broken.

All Competitions will be graded by Grand Master Roark and Proconsul Henymory. Individual competitions will be graded on standardized grading systems if they exist. Members will be notified on the individual sub-competitions on how each event will be braded.
