The NFL season is over, so now it's time to show our fellow Aussies some love! To be honest, I'm an American from the heartland and I love footy far more than the NFL. And no, not what Europeans call "footy," no, real footy, the Aussie footy! If you've never watched it, you're missing out. Check out this highlight reel from 2024.

Each week, there will be between 7-9 matchups. Your goal is to guess the correct winner of each matchup. Each correct matchup prediction will award you 10 points toward that specific round. Whoever has the most points at the end of each round wins. The winners of each week will receive points for the overall pick'ems competition.

Points breakdown:

• 1st - 25 points
• 2nd - 18 points
• 3rd - 15 points
• 4th - 12 points
• 5th - 10 points
• 6th - 8 points
• 7th - 6 points
• 8th - 4 points
• 9th - 2 points
• 10th - 1 point

Tiebreakers will be decided by whoever is closest to the combined scores (mean) of the specific teams chosen for that week. Secondary tiebreak, if needed, will be decided by whoever has the best record who submitted first.

Just like with NFL Pick'ems, you'll be able to make your predictions early if you'd like, but be aware that past years' performance is not indicative of future success. Each round will be locked a day before the first game for that week.
