[Strength of the Envoys] NPC: The Courier

Sit-Rep

The Courier acts as the right hand of the Exarch. Their loyalty is wholly to the Envoy Corps, and they are entrusted with relaying messages with the Exarch's own authority. They travel a lot, rarely in one place, always on the go and always aware of the eyes that follow them. They are an example to the Envoy Corps and all it stands for.

Objective

Create a new NPC that would be The Courier for the Exarch and the Envoy Corps. Are they old or young, active or lax? Other than feeding off the description above, the character can be any size, gender, species, specialization, or personality type.

Members can use either Anubis' CS Template, my CS template, or something of your own creation.

Rules

Created NPCs can be any rank between Equite 1 and Elder 1 and be a Force User or Non-Force User and as well as any Discipline.
Created NPCs should include as much detail as possible while following and adhering to the Character Sheet Guide and Approval Guidelines.
Participants can optionally link an original or reference character image, just credit your source when doing so.

How to Submit

Participants will submit entries in .pdf, .docx, no Google Drive links.

If you're using the markdown template provided above, enter it in the text submission field.

Grading

Entries will be graded on completion, syntax, originality, and the quality of the writing used to create an interesting and well thought-out character.
(Also Wally's subjective preference for liking the character)
The winning character will be added to the Envoy Corps wiki alongside Charron Reddick and Steven Jerryson, as well as their own NPC Character Sheet.
The winning character, with consent, will be featured in Exarch Reports, write ups, or even in RPs.

*The character does not charge a high price because they have to pay for a life of luxury; they charge a high price because they know that they are the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know The character will feel they are gouging them, but those who have seen them in action know that they always deliver. This bravado follows The character around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out their failures.*

As a professional courier and assistant to the Exarch, Kuller has become proficient at the tools of his trade that make him effective. He is a skilled pilot and "people person," but it is difficult for anyone to pin down his true motives. He is particularly gifted in stealthily getting in and out of places he needs to be to deliver messages or instructions from the Exarch.
