Sitrep

The Severian Principate is looking to expand their forces in preparation for future conflicts. Funds have been unlocked in order to generate recruitment propaganda. Meanwhile, rumors of criminals turning their backs on their duty to seek riches are taking hold. The names of potential perpetrators are floating around.

Options

Participants must use one of the following prompts to craft their entry:

Option 1
Design a recruitment poster with at least one character on it. This character can be an existing NPC from the Severian Principate, or you can create a new/generic one. Alternatively, you can also use your own character as a guest model.

Option 2
Design the wanted poster for a rumored criminal. This poster should include a portrait or image of this character. This can be your character, whether they are guilty or not. Alternatively, you can also use a known Brotherhood or PrincipateNPC. You may even create a new/generic one.

Rules

Entries must be submitted in one of the following formats: jpg, png, or gif
Traditional (hand-drawn) and digital mediums allowed
This competition offers double clusters
Reminder: AI-generated entries are NOT allowed
Stick figures or lone rudimentary shapes are NOT allowed and will be disqualified

All entries will be graded using the Graphics Grading Rubric

Textual submission: This one was pretty fun. I made each layer starting with separate backgrounds of star using noise to create. I added a border, brought in the Principate logo from their wiki page on to its on layer . I used a generic photo (Shutterstock) metal background and distorted it and laid the SP emblem on top of that and clipped it. I brought in the photo of Vairya Muktiba from SP Wiki page and clipped that to the symbol as well. THen it was just seperate layers for the text, lens flare and lighting.
