Violence, a primordial and sometimes under-acknowledged force present in even the most civilized of societies, even if below the surface. Murder, a result of that violence, itÂ’s the act of knowingly taking another life. Death, death results from murder. The light fades from their eyes and their soul leaves their bodies, rarely to return.
Write about the murder of a person or group people. The act of taking life, with its inherent violence and the moment after, as the life leaves their body. Entries must be one page long but no longer than four pages long. Entries will be graded on content, grammar and entertainment value.
