Specifics

A message is being analyzed by the Cabal, yet its contents is heavily encrypted. To hide the cracking of the message, I have hijacked a common program and piggy-backed the decryption routine to run during its execution. As such, I need you, the members of Cabal Cronal, to use the program to the best of your abilities, thus aiding in the cracking of the message.
