Specifics

January 08’s monthly topic is an odd one. Your task is to write the most fitting death possible for your character. Do you run into oncoming blaster fire and die heroically for your clan? Do you set aside your life for a loved one, or does some ambitious personal challenge prove too much?

Write the fiction in as much detail as you want, but be sure to make time and setting clear. Aim for a minimum of one page, no maximum. I’d prefer serious, but if you can’t manage it I’ll accept comical entries.
