Specifics

This competition is self-explanatory. Using a rudimentary word processor, I want you to describe what Alpha Base's hangar looks like, complete with the layout, what's in it, anything you think would be helpful. A graphic would improve the scores, but only if the design is functional and realistic. 4th-level Crescents to the best designer.
