Specifics

The time has come to develop a contingency plan for the great Library of Lears, Ektrosis' most prominent facility. Your task is to create, essentially, a strategy to defend the Library in the face of a "siege." It could be orbital bombardment (although that would probably destroy most of the continent :P ), a terrorist bombing on critical elements of the Library or other nearby important facilities, etc. It's up to you, but make sure you fully explain the situation before even detailing your plan to defend/counterattack/whatever.

It's up to your discretion to decide how you present your plan, you could create a graphic or map, or simply write it all up in a text document. As long as I can decipher it, it's valid. Entries will be graded based upon realism, ingenuity and creativity. A two or three paragraphed text document will probably not be a winning entry -- I am expecting detailed and thorough entries.
