This illustrus award is gven to those members who have shown execptional service to their battle team. It also awarded when the reciever has been awarded 4 Purple wings. Those who hold this medal are viewed as taking the next step towards promoting themseleves, their powers, and the battle team as a whole. Those who get this medal also possess the knowledge that it isn't just one member who makes the battle team, it is the member plus everyone else in the team who makes the unit strong and as one.
