The CSP Nobility wiki page (http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/wiki/index.php?title=Clan_Scholae_Palatinae_Titles_of_Nobility) states that every CSP Noble is entitled to their own residence. What isn’t well developed is what they look like. We’ve decided to allow this to be entirely up to the owner. The task of this competition is to write up a description of your residence.

You don’t just get the building that your rank entitles you to have, but you also keep all the lower buildings as well, so if you have more than one, you can describe whichever you like. Anyone who doesn’t yet have their own nobility house should describe a villa.

As long as it’s not too insane (100 turbolasers on the roof or a square mile of building), you can develop your house in any way you like. As a general guide, villas are typically relatively close to the city centre, mansions should be on the outskirts, strongholds are usually close to the city borders, and castles can be wherever you want.
