Specifics

For three years Dystopia has literally towered over the city of Seng Karash as the city's premier entertainment facility. Now due to the actions of it's owner it has been destroyed, taking with it many of the surrounding bars and clubs, including the popular Vanise Tower restaurant and the Adelphi Cafe. The rubble is being cleared away, and new business's need to take their place to entertain the citizens of the city and the members of Clan Naga Sadow.

Your task is to design one of them, a nightclub, a bar, a cafe, a casino or something simular both as somwwhere to include in our fictons and runons, and to enchance our Clans already superior wiki content.
