So, write a threatening letter ( at least 1 page) about a PHONY decree that Cel and/or Drif passed and that has you up in arms.

It's your job to make up the PHONY decree, how angry you are, and what you plan to do about it.

Entries will be graded on spelling and grammar but most importantly, humor and originality!
