Specifics

Tissaya has done something bad and so terrible that she must be punished. Noone ever has dared to do a thing like that. Everyone in Marka Ragnos is amused and shocked. She can’t get away with it. Nobody has really an idea what to do with her now. Consul and Proconsul are out of ideas, so they let people to decide what should be done next.

What so evil Tissaya has done? And what her punishment is going to be? Write a story answering those two questions. Make your story spooky or humoristic. It up to you!
