A particularly wealthy member of the commercially prosperous society of the Huascar Ring in Estle city has become arrogant and careless; he has issued a number of bounties upon members of both the Dajorran Defence Force and members of the Arconan military patrols within the city. Not only this, but a particular smuggling racket has been tracked to his residence above one of his commercial chains.
You have been assigned to 'deal' with this particular nuisance in any way you see fit. You are to write about your experiences in dissipating the smuggling ring, removing the 'hits' upon members of the Arconan payroll and the subsequent neutralisation of the threat posed by this particular individual and his associates.
