In the middle of the GJW, the Quaestor of House Gladius reached his 5th year in the Dark Brotherhood. But, seeing as how it was the middle of the war, no one really noticed.

So, the party is being held now. Members are to present a gift to the Quaestor. Gifts can be serious or humorous.
