With the battle against The Cause winding to its climatic end, The Emperor has decreed that the events be logged and documented, not only for historical purposes, but to be issued to the public as a warning about acts of Terrorism. OOC: Create a Wiki page in a word document, that clearly describes the events of The Neutralization. Final touches can be added once Week 3 has ended for those credited with taking down “The General” and “The Shadow”.
