Due to popular demand, this competition is back for round 2 of it's awesomeness!

This is a report trivia competition, in which I (The Quaestor) will place a inquisitive sentence regarding something Taldryan-esk. Your mission is to be the first one to send me a PM over IRC with the right answer. It's quite simple to win, really:

1) Be old and know everything, and hopefully be able to get up from your rocking chair in time to answer the question in good timing, or 2) Be able to do some short research on Tal's past or present.
