The Directorate is, perhaps, the most stressful of the branches; practically everything done is classified, and contact with those outside of the Military is carefully monitered when permitted. Many Operatives turn to the fine arts to release stress.
First; pass poetry basics. As no one in the Directorate has passed said course yet, this should not give anyone an advantage.
Second; Write a poem describing your feelings about your missions, your position, the restrictions on your life caused by the Directorate, or the Directorate in general. Any format accepted; haiku, free verse, ect. Three stanzas minimum.
Technically, you may do it in either order, but if you fail to complete one of them, you will not be counted for entry.
