Fun Makeup #01 - The Consul

This is the first of a series of fun graphics competitions open to the entire Clan. The idea is to take a picture from the DB Gallery and do something fun with it (of course, previous permission is always asked). It can be anything as long as it's not offensive, the focus of this competition is to be creative, original and fun.
