Specifics

It's new Years Eve, and multiple kegs of alcohol have found their way into the bellies of the humble folks in Taldryan. In the great hall of the Taldryan Head Quarters is a large portrait of our beloved mascot, Stickhatbootman. On this night, however, a masked fiend has defaced our very mascot to an unrecognizable image.

Your objective: Create exactly what this wannabe artist created over our beloved SHB.
