Specifics

Peace is fleeting, any Dark Side adherent knows this better than anyone. A body at rest is a body in decay, and those that refuse to allow themselves to slip away into this necrosis of complacency find themselves amongst the greatest warriors in the galaxy. But it takes years of training and numerous blows to the body before one can consider themselves powerful.

While training, you receive a blow to the body.  In a one and a half page fiction, write about the impact of the strike.  This is not a test of your ability to write a battle scene, nor is this a test of your ability to write your character getting hurt, it is a trial to test your ability to be precise and detailed with your description.  You are just writing about a single strike hitting your body, with as much detail as possible.  

This is a Training Mission for anyone JH and below.  Keep in mind, this is an exercise about detail, so assume the reader has never been hit before.  All entries must be sent according to the Ascendant Standard of Competition, which can be found on the Wiki.
