Your job is to collect for the Clan's purposes all known information on one of these individuals, including past dealings and possible reasons for their actions.
In this comp, you're creating a bio for a terrorist. Be sure to include motive and some history. Your submission should be at least 700 words. It can be written in the form of a report, from the character's perspective, or an encounter your character has from their perspective.
Winning submissions will be used as background for enemy characters on both the wiki and possibly in future Runons.
