The Aedile of Plagueis, Kal di Plagia Vorrac, has sent word throughout Plagueian ranks. He has ordered the capture of Dr. Emar Xu, a cyberneticist that operates within shady circles in the Mid Rim, for unspecified purposes. Though a human and Core World educated, Xu was banned from practicing surgery and fitting prosthetics when he developed an addiction to surgery and a compulsion to force modifications on his subjects. This affected not only his patients, but himself, and today he is more of a machine than a man.
Xu is a principal supplier of false body parts and dangerous operations to clients within a number of minor criminal organizations. While he practices outside of legal bounds and has been diagnosed as a sociopath, his work is brilliant - few can compete against his skill, precision, and level of practice. Vorrac has demanded that he be apprehended alive, that he be brought to the Ascendancy, and above all, that the captor fake the man's death. Beware, though; Telum vas Umbra, the Apprentice of Vorrac, has also been dispatched to this mission and will certainly try to grab Xu for himself. Xu is known to be found reliably at a handful of well-guarded places, namely the following:
As a reward, Vorrac has promised a great bounty - five hundred thousand credits, laundered from a number of sources, to the captor. The method of capture is irrelevant; deliver Xu, and you will be well-paid for your efforts. That is all.
