Specifics

Several weeks have passed since the ravages of the Horizon Plague sent the Dark Brotherhood spiraling into chaos. Alliances built on loyalty and trust were cast aside as survival became the ultimate goal. The Horizon plague has been eradicated, but the murderous actions of our members remain. Turn your thoughts inward and focus on the actions Horizon's forced you to take, the effects they had upon your allies, and what you must do to move forward in the Dark Brotherhood.

OOC The I, Dark Jedi Imprint is a new type of Voice competition that focuses on telling character-driven stories from the first person point of view. The goal is to delve deeper in to the inner workings of your character. This Imprint also serves to stretch your writing abilities as the majority of Brotherhood fiction is told in the more action-driven third-person point of view. This last Vendetta saw the lower ranked members succumb to the effects of the plague that vastly increased their power and drove them mad, causing them to attack enemies and allies alike. As an infected member, what horrible thing did you do? As one of the Elders, what were you forced to do to protect yourself from the infected? The goal is to explore your character's psyche after a devastating ordeal that was beyond your control.

Grading Rubric: 1. All entries must be written in the 1st Person point of view. 2. Entries must exceed 750 words. 3. Times New Roman or Arial. 11-12 Point Font. 4. Star Wars Realism will account for 33% of your entry. This includes maintaining the accuracy of your character based off of their character sheet, avoiding impossible feats within the Star Wars universe (You don't get to kill Luke Skywalker), and maintaining DB realism. 5. Grammar, spelling, and punctuation will account for 33% of your entry.
6. Style and flair will account for the final 33% of your entry.
