Specifics

This competition is only for the leaders (Battleteam leaders all the way up to PCON) in Clan Taldryan. Members read reports sometimes, but they are more likely to read them if there is something interesting inside to grab their attention. Therefore I am starting Report-fest 2005, in which each week I will choose 1 leaders report as the best report of the week, and award them for their efforts appropriately.
