It's pretty long (sorry), so here's a summary :P

After the Jedi are effectively banished from New Tython, Liam and his Summit (which includes Alora) make plans to strengthen Odan Urr, when the time is right. These plans include the creation of House Satele Shan. During the retaking of the planet, Liam almost initiates these plans, but Alora stops him. She warns him that these plans could be even more effective if used at a later date.

After this, the plans get more and more forgotten, as the DB prepares to do battle. At each stage of Fading Light, Liam and his Summit send their Jedi out to vanquish their foes, and they grow in strength each time. It is a time of great tension and Liam senses grave tidings ahead. He delves into the archives, and finds the plans. He realises that the plans are healing; they make the House stronger. Alora’s warning in Menat Ombo was right. Liam realises that the upcoming War will hit Odan-Urr hard, and the plans will make them stronger; it will heal them.

During the War, Liam realises that he is not infallible or immortal. He realises that he needs to step down. It is a hard decision for him to make, and a even harder one to decide when to do it. He ultimately thinks that the sooner the better, and contacts Alora, nominating her as the new leader of the Odanites, due to her wisdom and fairness. Before he leaves on his well-earned holiday, Liam leaves a package for Alora: some of his “most important” work as Quaestor.

Alora, having reviewed the plans with her Summit, reaches out to the veterans of Odan-Urr. She asks for leaders; leaders who will bring Odan-Urr into a new age. After selecting the best, namely Ji, Solari (or whoever your new characters will be), Seraphol and Revak. The Summit reveals the plans, and discussions ensue. Approval is gained quickly, and Ji and Solari both decide to combine their awesomeness to create the best House in the newly-created Clan Odan-Urr.
