The Edge lightsaberhilt features several elements that make it suitable to most forms of lightsaber combat combined with an elegant classic style inspired by designs in use during the hightime of the Old Republic. While the hilt itself is designed to be used one handed (the main grip area is located in the lower half of the hilt), the size too allows of the so called hammer grip required for saberists utilizing the Shii-Cho Form. Along the single bladeguard common to hilts favored by adherents of the Makashi style, the hilt features a tower style activation stud as well as a square activation box that can be wired to either serve as a quick on/off or blade length switch or simply an alternative activation button for saberists favoring a backhand grip. Further a regular length adjustment wheel can be found at the top of the hilt. Lastly there is a kill-switch located on the side of the stud tower allowing the wielder to prohibit the blade from shutting down if the hilt falls off the hand of the wielder or if the wielder willingly throws the lightsaber at an opponent.

Well I am not sure how to ask this, but the attached submission is only one of 56 versions I did for this lightsaber model (7 hilt versions and 8 bladecolors) however, no matter if I place in this event or not, I would like to ask for the possibility to add the edge lightsaber to the list of Taldryan exclusive lightsabers (mostly as a belated thank you for the time I was given the opportunity to lead Taldryan and all the fun time I had doing so). For this reason I will provide the HRLD staff with all versions if the need arises, thank you.

*Update* I have resized the submitted image to fit the general submission size of atleast 500x500 pixels. I also added a textual description for the general hilt design as Morotheri can tell that there exist more than one version of this lightsaber and I am still unsure if I would like to make it generally public and usable to every member of the Brotherhood (if the Herald Office agrees to this idea as well)

I present the Noble, a Gentlemen's Sword Cane made into a Saber Cane. I am sure if you guys spend a little more time on it, vector it, touch it up and stuff it will look really sexy. If my design were to win please present it as a new saber for the selector, thanks!!

This is a modular lightsaber for times when you don't want to settle on dual bladed lightsabers or 1-2 single bladed lightsabers. The top half contains the colour crystal, emitter and electronics to operate the Lightsaber, while the detachable section contains power. This detachable section can be replaced with a longer section with a larger power supply with sockets in both ends that can turn this from 2 single bladed Lightsabers into a Dual bladed Lightsaber. This way, you can modify your fighting style based on your expected opponent with very little down time.

A branch of the hard Tlaxor tree on Alpheridies. This hilt has been crafted to appear perfectly natural, a bit of dead wood, perhaps. The wood appears to be covered by some sort of lichen, but in fact it is a metallic shroud covered in Petryan leather, and then camouflaged. This makes the grip comfortable, whilst also providing a solid grip. The perfect companion for shadowy people, naturalists(!), and people looking for a quality hilt, whilst nothing too fancy.
