Write a fiction piece about your character having a pet that they are very attached to, which your character suddenly finds them dead (it was murdered!). Write about the pet, the discovery, and how you track down the pet murder. The catch? Your story must be funny! And with a maximum word count of 2000 words. Minimum 500 words. The grading rubric will be used to determine the winners.
